How do I get paid?

Stembl uses Stripe Connect to process payouts directly to your bank account. Connect your bank in the Wallet tab, request a withdrawal once your balance reaches €25, and the funds typically land in your account within 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank.

What is the minimum withdrawal?

The minimum withdrawal is €25. There is no maximum, and there is no cap on how much you can earn from a single campaign.

How are my views tracked?

We sync video performance from your connected social media account every 30 minutes via the platform's official API. You can also pull to refresh manually from the Dashboard tab.

When do I get paid for a video?

Earnings start accruing as soon as your video is verified by our team (typically within 24 hours of submission). Earnings are released to your withdrawable balance once the video reaches the campaign's minimum view threshold.

Why was my submission rejected?

Common reasons include: the video does not use the campaign's song, the audio is too short or modified, the account that posted the video is not the one connected to Stembl, or the video violates the campaign's content guidelines. The rejection reason is always shown in the Activity tab.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing contact@stembl.com from the email address tied to your Stembl account. We'll permanently delete your data within 30 days of the request, including your social media tokens, profile, and payout history, in line with our Privacy Policy.

I forgot my password

On the login screen, tap “Forgot password?” and we'll email you a reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us.

My TikTok account won't connect

Make sure you're using the official TikTok app and your account is public. If you previously authorized Stembl and want to re-authorize (for example after we add new permissions), revoke access at tiktok.com/setting/permissions and try again.
