How to request account deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Stembl account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the Stembl mobile app published by Stembl.

In the Stembl app, open the Profile tab and tap “Delete account”. This opens a pre-filled email addressed to our team — just send it.

Alternatively, email contact@stembl.com from the email address tied to your Stembl account and ask us to delete your account.

We process every request and confirm once your account has been deleted.

What data is deleted

Within 30 days of your request, we permanently delete your personal data, including your profile and account details, your email address and login credentials, your connected social media tokens (e.g. TikTok), your campaign submissions, and your payout history.

What data is retained, and for how long

We retain financial transaction records for 7 years to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy. After this period, these records are permanently deleted. We may also retain limited information where required to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
