Promoting your music on Stembl

How do I promote my music on TikTok with Stembl?

Stembl lets independent music artists run performance-based promotion campaigns on TikTok. You upload your track, set a budget, and TikTok creators pick it up and make videos using your sound. You only pay for the views your sound generates. No upfront fees per video, no posting your own content required.

How does performance-based music promotion work?

Instead of paying creators a flat fee per post, Stembl uses a pay-per-view model. Artists fund a campaign budget; creators pick songs they want to promote and post videos with the sound. Earnings are based on the views those videos generate on TikTok. The artist is only billed as views accumulate, so spend tracks actual reach.

What does it cost to run a Stembl campaign?

Pricing is performance-based. You set a campaign budget, and Stembl bills against it as creator videos generate views. Per-view rates are configured per campaign based on your goals and target audience, so there is no single fixed CPM rate. A platform fee is charged on top of your budget; full pricing is shown in the campaign wizard before you fund.

Creators, tracking and reporting

How are creators selected?

Every creator on Stembl is hand-picked. Our team reviews each application, checking content quality, audience authenticity, and account activity, before approving access. No bots, no farmed accounts. Creators choose which campaigns they want to join, so the videos that go up with your sound feel native to their audience.

How can I track my campaign performance?

Your dashboard shows every video creators have posted with your sound, real-time view counts pulled from TikTok's official API, and the budget consumed so far. You can pause, top up, or close a campaign at any time.

How does Stembl track TikTok views for my campaign?

Stembl pulls view, like, comment, and share counts for every submitted video directly from TikTok's official API on a regular cadence. Submissions also need to comply with the campaign's rules: correct sound, public video, posted from the creator's connected TikTok account. Submissions that don't comply don't earn and don't bill against your budget.

Comparisons and availability

What's the difference between Stembl and traditional music promotion platforms?

Traditional platforms typically charge artists upfront, regardless of results. Stembl is performance-based: artists pay based on the views their campaign actually generates. Creators are hand-picked TikTok users who choose which campaigns to join, so the content stays genuine and audience-aligned.

When does Stembl launch?

Stembl is currently in a closed pilot. We're onboarding artists in waves. If you'd like early access, reach out at contact@stembl.com.
