Payout Terms

1. Overview

These terms govern how creators earn and withdraw money on Stembl. By requesting a payout, you agree to these terms.

2. How You Earn

You earn money when your TikTok videos using an artist's promoted track reach verified views. Only authentic, organic views are counted. The rate is determined by the campaign and displayed in your dashboard.

3. Eligible Views

Not all views count toward earnings:

  • Views must be organic and from real users
  • Views from bots, view farms, or artificial sources are not eligible
  • Views generated through engagement manipulation (follow-for-follow, view-for-view groups, etc.) are not eligible
  • Stembl uses automated systems and manual review to verify view authenticity
  • Stembl's determination of view eligibility is final

4. Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is $25 USD. You can request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches this threshold.

5. Payout Currency

All payouts are processed in US Dollars (USD) only.

6. Payout Method

Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. You must have a verified Stripe Connect account to receive payouts. Stembl does not process payouts through any other method.

7. Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 72 hours of submission. In cases of suspected fraud or unusual activity, the review period may be extended while an investigation is conducted.

8. Fees

Applicable fees are displayed in your dashboard before you confirm a withdrawal. Fees may vary based on your payout method and region.

9. Fraud and Suspension

If your account is suspended for fraud, view manipulation, or violation of our Terms of Service:

  • Your available balance is forfeited
  • Forfeited funds are returned to the campaign pool for redistribution to legitimate creators
  • You lose the right to any pending or future payouts
  • Stembl may pursue additional legal remedies

10. Tax Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on your Stembl earnings in your country of residence. Stembl may be required to report earnings to tax authorities where applicable. We may request tax documentation (such as a W-9 for US creators) before processing payouts.

11. Disputes

If you believe a payout decision was made in error, contact legal@stembl.com within 30 days. We will review your case and respond within 14 business days. Stembl's final determination on payout disputes is binding.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify affected creators by email. Continued use of the payout system after changes constitutes acceptance.
